Passionate about helping children thrive
Think Thrive is built on a passion for using evidence-based neurological and behavioural techniques to support children in meaningful, time-effective ways.
The goal is to help children access their world more smoothly, academically, emotionally, and physically, empowering them to thrive in every area of life.
Think Thrive is led by Rebecca Gough (BEd with QTS, BA Hons, INPP Licentiate, and Tomatis Level 2 Practitioner), who brings over two decades of classroom experience alongside specialist clinical training. Rebecca is the only practitioner in West Yorkshire offering both INPP primitive reflex integration and Tomatis sound therapy under one roof.

Specialist training. Personal understanding.
Rebecca holds a Licentiate of INPP (Institute for Neuro-Physiological Psychology) and is a Tomatis Level 2 Practitioner. She is the only specialist in West Yorkshire offering both approaches.
Before founding Think Thrive, Rebecca spent over twenty years as a classroom teacher. That experience shaped her understanding of how neurodevelopmental challenges play out in real life and in learning, and it is central to the practical, family-friendly approach she brings to every assessment and programme.
As a parent of a neurodiverse child herself, Rebecca comes to this work with both professional rigour and first-hand personal insight. She knows what it is to watch your child struggle, and to feel the relief when the right support finally makes a difference.
Rebecca is committed to her own ongoing professional development and to supporting the development of new practitioners entering the field. She is passionate about contributing to the clinical evidence base for neurodevelopmental therapy, and takes an active interest in the research that is shaping the future of this work.
Appointments are available from Think Thrive's dedicated therapy space at the Phoenix Squash and Fitness Club, Honley, Holmfirth, with home visit options considered on request.

Testimonials
Rebecca did an amazing job helping identify which primitive reflexes my son needed support with. She was so knowledgeable and made the whole experience fun for him, something I rarely see, as he is usually withdrawn and anxious. Her warmth and expertise made all the difference, and I cannot recommend her enough!Parent of a 10 year old boy
Absolutely incredible progress already. This is no quick fix but absolutely fascinating to see the positive changes. Rebecca has worked closely with my son; she engages with him in a fun and yet professional manner, so much so he actually enjoys going to his sessions. I have watched my son come on leaps and bounds, especially when it comes to meltdowns while overstimulated in public. We can now manage outings with ease. I highly recommend Think Thrive to anyone whose child is struggling to navigate life due to neurodevelopmental challenges.Parent of a Secondary School Child with ADHD
Working with Rebecca has completely changed my daughter's day to day life experience. She can now go for sleepovers and is so much more confident. We cannot wait to work through the rest of the programme and continue to see the benefits for the whole family.Parent of a 7 year old girl
I cannot recommend Rebecca enough. My son had a pronounced Moro reflex which caused him to startle easily and be quite anxious. Rebecca identified this straight away and gave us some simple exercises to do which really helped. He is less anxious and now a calmer child as a result. Rebecca is fully accredited to help children with retained reflexes. I trust her skill set completely!Parent and GP
